The event was attended by coffee journalists and coffee industry experts, with test roasting activities, Q&A with the CEO, and comparative cupping, demonstrating the superior capabilities of AI in Mars V5.

The event kicked off with an impressive performance by guest Ta Tuan Anh, the champion of Vietnam Amazing Roast Master 2025. He made a batch of manual roasting on a machine integrated with Mars V5 technology, demonstrating his sophisticated technique. Immediately after that, Mars V5 automatically reproduced Tuan Anh’s exact roasting profile, automatically adjusting the temperature and time based on the analysis of the coffee beans (humidity, size, environment). The intelligent AI feature of Mars V5 surprised the guests, affirming that the machine helps optimize the roasting process, ensuring consistent quality.

Next, CEO Lam Quoc Duong directly talked to the guests, answering in detail about Mars V5 roasting technology. He emphasized the convenience of AI, from the one-touch interface, the safety sensor system (CE, ISO 13849), to 10-year data storage, meeting export standards (HACCP, ISO, FDA). The CEO shared:

The final highlight was an engaging cupping session where guests tasted and compared two types of coffee:
