So what is ODM?
More advanced than the production method of ordering and processing OEM products, the ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) production method is a production method that provides customers with a complete solution from design to production.

ODM production process at Mars Roaster:
- Receive customer requests.
If you want to order processing of coffee roasting machines, please contact Mars. Please provide all necessary contact information, number of machines needed, and services you want Mars to provide.
- Mars consulting.
After receiving your request, a Mars representative will take you to visit the factory. Based on knowledge and experience, Mars will provide appropriate solutions and advice to customers.
Based on agreements on product quantity and product technical requirements, we will quote prices to customers.
- Sign the contract
Based on the agreements with customers, the two parties will jointly sign the contract, confirm deposit and payment forms after completing the finished product.
- Design
After signing the contract, Mars will discuss with the customer about the design before putting it into production, and edit the design according to the customer’s request.
- Production
After the two parties agree on the design, Mars will proceed with product production according to the time agreed upon with the customer in the contract.
- Acceptance
After completing the order, the two parties will conduct acceptance of the order at the Mars factory. If any technical problems arise, Mars will adjust according to the customer’s requirements to complete the final stage.
- Delivery
After completing the inspection, Mars will pack and ship the goods to you.
