We understand that each project may have different scale, capacity, technical configuration, and production schedule. Therefore, the payment method will be specifically agreed upon in the quotation, contract, or official agreement between Mars Roaster and the customer before the order is implemented.

1. Payment Method

Customers may make payments to Mars Roaster by bank transfer using the official bank account information stated in the quotation, contract, or official transaction document.

For domestic customers, payment is usually made in Vietnamese Dong according to the agreed value.

For international customers, the payment method, currency, transfer fees, and related conditions will be specifically agreed upon in the contract or commercial invoice.

Mars Roaster recommends that customers only make payments to the official account provided by Mars Roaster. Before completing any transaction, customers should carefully verify the recipient information, bank account number, payment description, and payment amount.

2. Payment Process

Depending on each order or project, the payment process may be divided into several stages to match the production, installation, and handover schedule.

In general, the payment process may include the following stages:

The first payment is made after both parties confirm the quotation, order, or sign the contract. This payment allows Mars Roaster to prepare materials, arrange production planning, and proceed with the order according to the agreed configuration.

Progress payment or payment before delivery may be required depending on the terms stated in the contract. This stage helps ensure that the order continues to be completed according to the planned schedule.

The remaining payment is made upon equipment handover, installation, acceptance, or before delivery, depending on the agreement between both parties.

The payment ratio, payment schedule, and specific payment conditions will be clearly stated in each contract, quotation, or agreement appendix.

3. Bank Transfer Description

When making payment, customers should clearly state the bank transfer description so Mars Roaster can verify and confirm the transaction more easily.

The payment description may include:

Customer name or company name.

Order number, quotation number, or contract number if available.

Product name or project being paid for.

Example: Payment for Mars 15kg roaster – Customer name – Contract number.

Providing a clear payment description helps speed up payment confirmation, reduce confusion, and support smoother order processing.

4. Payment Confirmation

After the customer completes the payment, Mars Roaster will verify the transaction based on bank information, transfer documents, or payment confirmation provided by the customer.

In some cases, customers may send a payment receipt, bank transfer slip, or payment document to the responsible department so Mars Roaster can support faster verification.

The order will continue to be processed according to the agreed schedule after the payment has been validly confirmed.

5. Invoices and Documents

Mars Roaster provides payment documents, receipts, invoices, or related documents in accordance with regulations and the agreement of each transaction.

If customers require an invoice, please provide complete company information, tax code, address, invoice receiving email, and other necessary details before Mars Roaster issues the invoice.

Any request related to invoices, documents, or payment information should be communicated early to ensure accurate and timely processing.

6. Payment Safety Notice

To ensure transaction safety, customers should only make payments through Mars Roaster’s official channels.

Mars Roaster is not responsible for payments transferred to accounts that are not part of the official information provided by Mars Roaster.

Customers should not make payments based on information sent from unverified sources, unclear personal accounts, or unofficial contact channels.

If there is any doubt about payment information, customers should contact Mars Roaster directly for confirmation before completing the transaction.

7. Changes or Adjustments to Payment Method

In certain special cases, the payment method may be adjusted based on the agreement between Mars Roaster and the customer.

Any change related to payment amount, payment schedule, receiving account, or payment conditions must be confirmed in writing, by email, contract, or contract appendix between both parties.

If the content on the website differs from the terms in the signed contract, the terms in the contract or contract appendix shall prevail.
