Phase 4: Processing machine parts such as mortar and grinding disc is one of the most important stages. Thanks to the application of modern CNC technology and the meticulousness of our technical team, we have achieved an accuracy of up to 99%. This ensures that the final product is not only beautiful but also durable and efficient.

Phase 5: To ensure the quality of finished products, Mars applies advanced electrostatic painting technology. The painting process includes the following steps: surface cleaning, electrostatic spraying and sintering. Therefore, we create a smooth, well-adhering paint layer that is resistant to environmental impacts and has a long life.

Phase 6: Complete assembly of the coffee grinder, this stage requires meticulousness and high precision. Using specialized tools and strictly following technical instructions, our engineers assemble the machine frame, connect the motor, align the mill, install the electrical panel and install the control system. Each phase is thoroughly tested to ensure stable machine operation and optimal performance.
Phase 7: Finally, is the machine acceptance phase. Machine acceptance before delivery is an indispensable step to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. This process includes a thorough inspection of appearance, function, safety and comparison with the committed specifications. Only when the machine fully meets the requirements is it allowed to be delivered to consumers.
